Pete is the owner of the business, and the man you are most likely to see when you’re attending our regular markets! Pete is very passionate about cheese, and he handpicks all different types of cheeses based on the customers palate, and will offer tasters so you know exactly what you’re buying. Pete has great knowledge of many cheeses, so feel welcome to approach him and ask!
Archers Fine Foods is a family business which was established in 2025. The business was started by Pete, after working in the industry for 5 years. Ryan, his son joined the business in 2026.
